Short Let Cottage Tariff 2007

• Please note the minimum let is 4 weeks
  
  
• Electricity is by £1 coin meter and is charged at 18p per unit.
  
  
• Pets are allowed by prior arrangement, conditions and charges will apply. Normally £10.00 per week per animal.
  
  
• Please note the Country Club charge is £2.50 per head per day payable
  on entry. If use of the gym is required a PARQ form must be completed. If an induction is required it must be pre-booked and paid for (£5/person).
  
  
• Children under the age of 16 are not permitted to enter the Country Club unless accompanied by an adult. Country Club rules and conditions must be followed at all times.
  
  
• Extra beds and cots can be made available where space allows at an extra cost of £10 per person per week.Linen and towels can be supplied and changed as required, at an additional cost of £10.00/wk for bedlinen and £10.00/wk per head for linen.
  
  
• A non returnable deposit of 1 months rent is required to secure your requirements. Alternatively a credit card swipe will secure the booking.
  
  
• If exact length of let is not known then a notice period must be agreed in advance of let commencing. Minimum notice period is 4 weeks. The alternative is to revert back to the holiday tariff.
  
  
• All lets run from Saturday to Saturday, no part weeks are let at these prices.
  
  
• The above prices include your water rates, sewage rates and all other local authority taxes.
  
  
• Cheques should be made payable to Loudoun Mains Management Ltd. Credit cards accepted :- Visa, Mastercard, Delta, Switch.
