Terms
are per cottage per week and include all linen and towels. Electricity
is by £1 coin meter and is charged at 18p per unit.

Pets
are allowed by prior arrangement, conditions and charges will apply.

Children
under the age of 16 are not permitted to enter the Country Club
unless accompanied by an adult. Country Club rules and conditions
must be followed at all times.

Extra
beds and cots can be made available where space allows at an extra
cost of £15 per person including linen and towels.

A non
returnable deposit of £25 per person is required to secure
your requirements. The balance being due 30 days before arrival.

Bed &
Breakfast prices are based on two adults sharing one room.

A swipe of a credit card or proof of identity will be required on check in.

should be made payable to Loudoun Mains Management Ltd. Credit cards
