Terms are per week and include all linen and towels.

Most pets are allowed by prior arrangement, conditions and charges will apply.

3rd Animal	+£2.50/wk

 

Children under the age of 16 are not permitted to enter the Country Club unless accommpanied by an adult. Countrty Club rules will apply at all times.

Extra beds and cots can be made available where space allows at an extra cost of £20 per person per week.

Where extra linen and towels are required then a charge of £20 per bed per week for linen and £20 per head per week.

 A non refundable deposit of £50 per head is required to secure your accommodation, the balance is due 30 days before arrival.

A swipe of a credit card and proof of ID will be required on check in.

Cheques should be made payable to Loudoun Mains Management Ltd

Cards accepted : Visa, Mastercard, Delta, Visa Debit, Maestro, Amex. If paying by credit card a 3% surcharge applies.
