STORAGE

It is possible to reserve storage here at Loudoun Mains. We have the facility to store small bulky items such as bikes and lawnmowers up to the entire contents of a house. It depends entirely on availability and is priced from £5.00/week up to £40.00/week.

INSURANCE

 Please note that each store is individual and lock fast but is not insured under our general policy; therefore any items stored here must be insured under your own general household policy.

Obviously, because each store is treated as your own private area we can accept no responsibility for any items stored within any store.

SECURITY DEPOSIT

A swipe of a current credit card is necessary before confirmation of storage booking is given. Please be aware that in addition to the above the Credit Card will be used to pay for any unpaid bills or damage created by the tenant or to re-let the unit if any of the conditions below are not met. Alternatively, 4 weeks rental paid up front will secure the rental.

 NOTICE

The minimum period of notice is two weeks. This period must be from Saturday to Saturday, please be aware that if the agreed period is not given then the full tariff price will be levied and deducted from the deposit.

CHANGE OF CIRCUMSTANCES

If due to a change in circumstances the let is cancelled or altered please be aware that the minimum charges will still be applied.

REPAIRS/DAMAGE

Most repairs are regarded as wear and tear and will be carried out by the management. Accidental damage will be charged at replacement costs only and will be debited from the deposit/credit card as required.

RECEPTION

The reception desk is open for business from 9am to 9pm Monday to Friday, 9am till 7pm Saturday and 10am till 7pm Sunday. If in an emergency you need to contact the owners’ out-with these times please call 01560 321246.

UNACCEPTABLE ITEMS

Please do not store the following items: Explosives, Firearms, Ammunition, Chemicals, Paint, Fuel, Pets, Petrol, Diesel, Gas canisters, anything that has or has had a “hazard” label on it, anything that could explode or cause a fire. No pets or animals should be kept in a store.

METHODS OF PAYMENT

Access, Visa, MasterCard, Delta, Cheque or Cash.

Cheques should be made payable to Loudoun Mains Management Ltd and are only accepted one week in advance.

If paying by credit card we reserve the right to debit the card in case of unpaid bills, insufficient notice and damages. Signing below authorises us to do so if needed.
